Cabal Coffers or budget version Cabal Stronghold are great for ramp. Deserted Temple to untap it and Thespian's Stage to copy it (or another utility land). Cut Mortuary Mire and Grasping Dunes as they are not impactful. Maybe add a fetchland or 2 simply for witches cottage should you wish.

Maybe an Erebos's Intervention for removal/flexibility?

Depending on how rude you want to be, an Infernal Darkness is solid to stall for a turn or 2, not to mention counter bait. Dealing with mana dorks to circumvent is easy, although their mana rocks can still get around this. A Contamination could also work as it is synergetic with your reassembling skeleton. Adding a Bitterblossom for redundancy as well as token production which can help you draw cards from your -1/-1 effects.

Jet Medallion is solid for ramp. Mind Stone is ramp that brings your commander out a turn sooner or draw when you don't need it. Dino DNA and maybe Nightmare Lash can be cut.

What is your wincon?

Deserted Temple - Untap coffers + politics

Thespian's Stage - Copy coffers, temple or another utility land

Imp's Mischief - Versatile utility. It can "counter" counterspells which is important depending on your meta as you sink all your mana into your commander (or one of your expensive wipes). It can also redirect targeted removal, draw and extra turns.

Oblivion Stone - Wipe that hits artifacts and enchantments

Erebos's Intervention > Battle of Bridge - You don't have enough artifacts to use effectively. Moreover, Erebos's is an instant and is flexible for grave hate.

Necropotence/Syphon Mind/Read the Bones/Night's Whisper/Sign in Blood - Draw

Maybe Strionic Resonator? - Double on all on your creature ETB's and most importantly your commander's ability

Maybe MImic Vat? - More ETBs and can use opposing creatures to deny GY synergies and abuse their ETBs as your own.

I like the deck. However, I think Erebos's Intervention would be better than Battle at the Bridge.

11/23/22 - Madness update

I'm really low on madness cards. Needs to be far higher for an anje deck.

IN

OUT

NOTES

Removed most end game threats + interaction that didn't have madness, since madness tech needs to be there in high density and the deck can win through that stuff mainly.

Very neat concept! I like it; you’re on the right track.

If I were making this deck, I’d probably cut red. It’s nice, but doesn’t do what you want as well as your other colours do.

You could replace Chance for Glory with Discontinuity, and all the damage spells with straight-up removal like Fatal Push for example.

For lifegain, I’d be more tempted by spells like Erebos's Intervention or Sphinx's Revelation, for more precise gain.

And for handling Lich's Mastery, I might recommend Idyllic Tutor and perhaps even Scuttletide for saccing implements, though that’s a bit wacky.

Really nice deck, hope it goes well! Not sure cutting red’s ideal but it’s the way I’d go I think.

The deck is more of a life gain deck than it is a control deck. You have a lot of removal, but that's all that makes it controlling.

Highest recommended card: Vile Consumption. This card is brutal in this deck if you don't have too many creatures.

Hallowed Burial is a highly underrated board wipe.

Card suggestions: Sphere of Safety, Approach of the Second Sun, Aura of Silence, Austere Command, Cleansing Nova, Damn, Darksteel Mutation, Doomskar, Epicure of Blood, Erebos's Intervention, Ghostly Prison, Infernal Grasp, Liesa, Shroud of Dusk, Narset, Parter of Veils, Propaganda, Rest in Peace, Righteous Cause, Rule of Law, Telepathy, Time Wipe, Trespasser's Curse, Utter End, Venser's Journal, Witch of the Moors

Mean/weird cards that I would probably play: AEther Barrier, Archmage Ascension, Death Match, Lightmine Field, Meishin, the Mind Cage, Overburden, Porphyry Nodes, Spreading Plague, Tainted AEther, Portcullis, Magus of the Moat, Magus of the Tabernacle, Silent Arbiter, Serene Master

*Obviously play what you want

Hi. I love UB control archetype so I would like to give my 2 cents. So I'll hope that this helps/gives new ideas ^_^

I think your deck at the moment has unnecessary tap lands. Halimar Depths Vivid Marsh and Polluted Mire and Lonely Sandbar. I would recommend trying Mystic Sanctuary, Sunken Ruins, Field of Ruin, Fabled Passage or Castle Vantress. Karakas is also viable option even though it acts like colorless land in UB.

I also need to recommend Search for Azcanta  Flip because it can win control mirrors almost by itself. Shark Typhoon and Omen of the Sea are my personal additions usually because both of them are 2 for 1 effects.

For sorcerys I have not been impressed with Yahenni's Expertise and I have played Shadows' Verdict and/or Dead of Winter instead of it. Also Bloodchief's Thirst and Baleful Mastery are cards that I can't stop recommending because they are just that good, the ability to get rid of an creature or planeswalker while being cheap removal if needed is just so good.

For creatures I will recommand Murderous Rider it is another hero's downfall with 2 for 1 thanks to adventure, I have never been impressed by Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir because he usually doesn't do enough for 5 mana. For planeswalkers if your meta has decks that have creatures Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver is surprisingly effective and talking about Ashiok Ashiok, Nightmare Muse is a real game closer because both +1 and -3 are extremely good and an army of 2/3 will win the game at some point.

For instants I will just write recommendations because there are so many: Archmage's Charm just does everything you would want, Commence the Endgame uncounterable threath + card draw and is especially good mirror breaker, Cryptic Command it also does everything, Disallow the stiffle can save games sometimes (like countering planeswalker "ultimate"), Erebos's Intervention I personally like this card very much because it can buy so much time against aggro decks, Hieroglyphic Illumination works as early game can trip and mid/late game divination, Spell Snare on draw this is amazing and usually the best cards are 2-3 costed so this usually hits something important and last but not least Force of Negation because it is another force. I would recommend little bit more targeted removal because edict effects are worse against decks that play mana elfs or other low impact 1 drops.

I personally wouldn't play your artifact package but because I haven't played with artifact package I won't say anything about that because I don't know how good it is.

These are just my recommendations and these aren't absolutes. Here is also list if you would like to compare different building choices

I hope that you found this helpful ^_^
