Once you get your opponent's hand empty, they're probably going to be drawing and playing one cards a turn, so there's no actual discard for Liliana's Caress. Caress wants your opponent to be discarding a lot, which means your opponent needs to refill their hand once in a while. Since this deck looks like it's trying to get the opponents hand empty, rather than constantly discarding, The Rack or Shrieking Affliction would probably be more reliable. If you want to build around Caress, cards like Dark Deal or Baleful Mastery might help here.
Acquisitions Expert is slightly better than Corrupt Court Official, if you want to keep the creature base the same.
Depending on budget, Liliana of the Veil is more reliable discard than Dreamstealer here, and the Orcish Bowmasters in the maybeboard are a good deterrent for, hmm, pretty much everything. Still $60+ each, though.

Mire in Misery and Sheoldred's Edict are swiss army knife utility.

Out of curiosity, how well does this deck play? I see a pretty high average cmc and very little mana acceleration (4 ramp spells and Dark Ritual). You could probably cut a lot of the unsynergistic cards in this deck for ramp and better support pieces and still keep things relatively budget. Also, Dark Deal and Malakir Rebirth Flip are shoe-ins for this deck.

One with Nothing I see it in your maybe board. If you want to run it for flavor I respect that but what immediately comes to mind in a mono colored graveyard strategy is... Null Brooch. Sure it's more than 1 mana but it's a repeatable Negate in mono black.
Dark Deal is a black Windfall. Another Ill-Gotten Gains type effect.

Hello fellow necromancer!
I always love thinking of fun creatures to reanimate, black is tricky because you lose a couple in other colors, but I got a few!
Triplicate Titan and Phyrexian Triniform are more Wurmcoil Engines, and Archfiend of Despair speeds up games insanely fast! The demon is a lot of money sadly, but definitely worth it!
I think a couple more reanimating spells wouldn’t hurt in the main board. Living Death is a thematic board wipe that I personally cram in any black decks that can utilize it to its full potential! Unmarked Grave, Vile Entomber, and Tortured Existence all help bin creatures in hand or from the deck. Dark Deal is a nice wheel effect in black!

Need to test how often Rule of Law keeps the opponents hand full. Master of the Feast was already suggested. Flumph fills his spot better, in my opinion.
I uncluded Sheoldred, the Apocalypse as soon as it was previewed while brewing this deck, because it just "has" to fit, you'd think. I'll not go into detail why it didn't, it was very suprising to me, but perhaps it does now. It goes into Underworld Dreams's spot, if so.
