You can quickly check whether a deck is legal for a format by changing it to that format when editing it. If you’re confident it’s legal for standard, then it’s also very likely to be legal for any older 60 card format also (pioneer, modern, legacy).
However, I do see some non-standard-legal cards here, so I can at least at a glance say this list isn’t Standard or Pioneer legal, and Curse of Predation stops this being Modern legal also.
Note though that getting this legal within a format doesn’t mean it has a chance of performing well within that sphere. Even for standard I feel like this current list has a lot of deckbuilding concerns. However, find out what formats your local playgroup play, and how casual peoples decks are (what kind of budgets they’re working with), and work from there.

SleeplessPr1nce, thank you for those suggestions! I'll take some time and address them.
Kodama of the West Tree is indeed a fantastic idea. Anthem for modified creatures and provides ramp. Hard to lose. I will see about adding that one, for sure.
Archetype of Aggression is definitely useful, but I don't know if I'm as sold as finding a slot for it. I do like the trample it offers, and the fact that it will draw off my enchantresses. I'll see as I play along how much I think it could be useful. At only a few gumballs in price, it won't hurt to pick one up.
I like Shadowspear, but not it's price tag. I won't be adding it anytime soon. Emblem of the Warmind is ok, but not sure I need it here with the other haste enablers that I have. Curse of Predation seems useful, too, but a bit limited in being a curse that I'll lose upon killing a player. The fact that it is an attack trigger, and not a damage trigger, is intriguing, though.
Thanks for taking a look, and for the upvote!

I love the versatility of this list, and how you're not just banking everything on Chishiro. I got some creatures for you: Kodama of the West Tree and Archetype of Aggression, give those spirit boys some trample.
I would also recommend Shadowspear over Blackblade Reforged. And a couple auras you might like: Emblem of the Warmind and Curse of Predation would fit nicely with your go-wide strategy.
Cheers

sorun: Good catch on Graft:ing, should have learned my lesson after Curse of Predation. And I think I'll go with stealing effects instead for when enemy creatures get too big

Back to card comments
Shield counters are neat, could maybe see them on black too since they're pretty similar to regenerate
Like that Maestros is leaning into spell sling with saccing rather than Grixis' (the Alara shard) reanimation
Mestros Diabolist: how is this not a Warlock?
Evelyn: Don't have to cast collected cards on just your own turn, so e.g. Leyline of Anticipation can provide quite a lot of value here. Can't think of a lot of ways to make a lot of vamps in grixis tho.
Maestros Initiate: neat common design, 3 power makes it fine casualty fodder
Professional Face-Breaker: treasure-on-damage has always felt like a strongly red mechanic to me (shaking my fist at Malcolm and Grim Hireling), so I'm glad the color if finally getting the more go-wide-friendly version of this effect. Built-in evasion AND impulsive draw makes this solid.
Kros: sketching out a deck, lets see how it goes: Kros, Defense Contractor. A bit sad that Curse of Predation doesn't work as well as it could since the goad will run out before the enemy creature has a chance to attack again.
Phabine: dunno why it's so conservatively costed, especially when parley has the downside of giving people cards

I like this deck and this commander a lot. I think you may have a better win ratio with this particular deck if you add in more cards that allow multiple combat instead of trying to amass a few tokens each turn. I echo the inclusion of Savage Ventmaw but also want to point out cards that enchant other players (like Curse of Opulence and Curse of Predation ) are still attack triggers of permanents you control and will also fire their abilities twice with Wulfgar!
