This deck looks really cool! I really love how incredibly affordable your deck is. For a few more dollars you can add amazing improvements that will significantly improve your deck's power. There's two cards, however, that are a must:

First, Sunforger will cast ANY instant you run, allowing answers straight from your deck AND enables Vial Smasher the Fierce if used outside your turn. Path of Mettle  Flip is a decent repellant, but only if you flip it. More likely it will be an inconsistent killer or chip damage, which will only antagonize your foes, and worse it doesn't synergize with either Partner. Sunforger also makes Akiri and Jor kadeen happy, and its versatility will serve you more accurately.

Second, Mistveil Plains (searchable by Oreskos Explorer btw) pairs spectacularly with Sunforger, allowing you to recycle spent instants. Spectacular.

I recommend these replacements, which give big improvements:

*First of all, Sun Titan and Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle will almost always better targets to reanimate. Second, compare Pyre Zombie to Torment of Hailfire: For 7BB (the cost of return/cast/sac), you'd get 7 instances of "Each opponent loses 3 life unless that player sacrifices a nonland permanent or discards a card". While Hailfire is a prohibitively expensive card, it still highlights how inefficient Pyre Zombie is without your reanimators. Considering the # of vehicles you run, Greasefang is much better.

Sunkanansie Yeah currency converter is an all star. The fact that it lets a creature hit the graveyard first, then exiles it from the graveyard to trigger Syrix's ability is way too good. Containment Construct and Conspiracy Theorist do similar things, but not as easily and cleanly as Currency converter.

Reinforced Ronin is a clear upgrade to Zurgo Bellstriker.

Containment Construct = Conspiracy Theorist #2 if necessary.

Dwarven Mine and Sokenzan, Crucible of Defiance create bodies efficiently.

I know you aren't a fan of etb lands but... would Valakut Awakening  Flip be worth a spot? Instant speed card filter/draw is nifty.

Deflecting Swat needs to be in the main. Your deck relies on your commander and this effect protects the fragile synergy. Unless you know something I don't Smuggler's Copter does not belong in this list. It cost an attacker and it does not utilize Subria's ability.

Efreet Flamepainter I'm not sure if you are running enough to justify this but the few that you are would be brutal if they were doubled. This deck can guarantee combat damage.

Possibility Storm what's your angle with this card in this strategy? Are you able to weather the chaotic storm better than other strategies?

Would Dolmen Gate be overkill or useful to the strategy?

Not suggesting this but more an observation... Harmonic Prodigy grants double triggers. If it interacted with more than just the commander it might be worth a spot but as of now it's just a fun fact. Perhaps Savage Beating for double triggers and a potential game ender?

Ok, I see there are 34 spellshapers in Bant colours (The same is true for Jeskai, btw.)

They all have a discard cost and a tap cost. So you need ways to grant haste and discard payoffs in some way.

Regarding the haste: Thousand-Year Elixir is important here. The only other card with a comparable ability is Dynaheir, Invoker Adept, which would be another powerful commander option. As she gives you access to red, granting haste would be way easier. In Bant colours, there are Crashing Drawbridge and Ulvenwald Oddity  Flip.

For discard: Containment Construct is really powerful here. Conspiracy Theorist is cool, but would need Dynaheir. There are some madness spells in Bant colours. What's more, having permanents that grant you hand positive draw effects seems super important. Shorikai, Genesis Engine is great in that regard, and gives you 1/1s to trigger Rigo.

A final idea, but a pricey one: Training Grounds is a powerhouse for such a deck. Once more, Dynaheir would grant you cheaper access in Zirda, the Dawnwaker. If budget isn't an issue, you could even play both with her.

I know you said that you're not a fan of Eldrazi - which is fair enough. The only one I really like is Ulamog's Crusher because it just seems strong but not ridiculous like most bigger Eldrazi are. That being said, Eldrazi Conscription I think is worth a look at. Having someone like Iroas, God of Victory become a 17/14 with Trample and Annihilator 2 (Annihilator 4 with Isshin, Two Heavens as One ) is pretty fun.

Still basically an Eldrazi though. So that aside, below are a few cards I'm interested in that you've not mentioned yet, though you've mentioned most of what I found as well.

Hoarding Ogre - 2x Treasure is great for early pressure and mana fixing in a three color deck. With Isshin, Two Triggers as One you'll be getting 2x-6x Treasure per attack (averaging about 4). Absolutely fantastic with Isshin, alright on its own. Monetarily cheap as well.

Conspiracy Theorist is much like Audacious Thief but instead of life.

Keldon Twilight and Total War are really on-theme for a take on the curse/politics route one can take Isshin.

Fable of the Mirror-Breaker  Flip // Reflection of Kiki-Jiki  Flip works much the same as Hoarding Ogre, almost a free Thrill of Possibility, and create a token before the Combat Phase even begins allowing for additional "When Attacking" triggers.

Bronze Clubs: the formula for calculating how much power you get from activating it "N" times is

N(N + 1)/2

The relative power of the white and red Channel lands is kinda insulting.

Colossal Skyturtle: I like the different channel abilities, helps differentiate it from MDFCs.

Containment Construct: more concentrated, less self-sufficient Conspiracy Theorist. I like it.

Blade-Blizzard Kitsune: Doesn't feel super white but ninjas in different colors is obviously fun. Red when?

Invigorating Hot Springs: monkey bath time!
