Arashin Foremost

Creature — Human Warrior

Double Strike

Whenever Arashin Foremost enters the battlefield or attacks, another target Warrior creature you control gains double strike until end of turn.

The lost feels a bit slower than your last list, but still fine. I think 3 colours will cause you problems, as your landbase doesn’t look strong enough to support it (particularly the double-white pips on Arashin Foremost feels rough to cast).

Personally I liked the first list a lot more. I’m not sure why there was such a drastic change.

Have you checked out Obsidian Battle-Axe? Having it on the battle field when you cast Arashin Foremost is devastating. I could see how it doesn't quite fit the synergy of the deck being 3 mana to cast though. Cool deck!

Removed: Ogre Battledriver, Leonin Warleader, Solemn Simulacrum, Godo, Bandit Warlord

Added: Arashin Foremost, Hero of Oxid Ridge, Peerless Samurai, Mangara, the Diplomat

The first three creatures we removed and added were all for efficiency and synergy, as I feel the added creatures are just plain better in this deck that what they replaced.

However, specifically, we took out Godo, Bandit Warlord (even though it kinda hurt), because it really only creates an extra attack for Samurai. We could, however, just not attack with some creatures and save them for the 2nd attack phase Godo would generate, but that doesn't feel efficient and stops our commander from doing what he's here to do. Seeing that we do not have as many Samurai as I initially was hoping for this deck (pitifully few, honestly), Godo just doesn't do very much work here.

In it's place we add in Mangara, the Diplomat, and in a multi-player game we can hopefully generate a bunch of card draw would be fantastic for us. Maybe it won't live long, but that can be said for just about anything, and we never have to actually with him to create the card advantage. Remember, Isshin, Two Heavens as One's ability can double ANY attacking trigger, even if that attacker isn't controlled by us, so long as the actual trigger does belong to us.

Sorry, some last minute thoughts:

Surrak Dragonclaw or Stonehoof Chieftain are great replacements for Khenra Charioteer.

Nath of the Gilt-Leaf is a good replacement for that Blaring Recruiter if you still haven't replaced it.

Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs is better for a good defense. With all the creatures already giving haste (your commander being one of them), Rushblade Commander can be swapped.

Jazal Goldmane will give HUGE attacks and could replace Kargan Warleader is you're willing to dump mana on combat.

I would add Drumhunter due to it's card draw. Replace Duskwatch Recruiter  Flip if you can.

Some notable mentions include: Boldwyr Intimidator, Arashin Foremost, Champion of Rhonas, Butcher of Malakir, Dragonscale General, and Flamerush Rider.

Take out Garna, the Bloodflame, Gatekeeper of Malakir, Rushblade Commander, and Intimidation Bolt and this deck is pioneer legal. Some of them aren't all that good here anyways and they're not worth being in a much higher power format.

Cards that are also not very good: Chief of the Scale, Goma Fada Vanguard, and Pacifism. Cut Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants if you have trouble finding space for other cards.

Your best creatures would probably be Blood-Chin Rager and Chief of the Edge, so run 4 each.

Since you have Herald of Dromoka, you can do some pretty cool things with exert creatures. Brave the Sands also has this effect. Ahn-Crop Crasher, Combat Celebrant, Devoted Crop-Mate, and Glory-Bound Initiate are all really good warriors when paired with vigilance. Resolute Survivors too if you want to commit this route, although Brutal Hordechief is probably better. Path of Mettle  Flip is an interesting one too for grindy matches, maybe more of a sideboard card.

If you want more wide aggro, run Bloodsoaked Champion and either Gutterbones or Zurgo Bellstriker, take out vigilance or toughness effects, and work to increase power. You can win with a couple Arashin Foremost, Brutal Hordechief, and more Secure the Wastes.

Fatal Push is probably the best pioneer removal spell, but if you find larger CMC creatures in your meta Cast Down or Heartless Act will hit almost anything.

For mana base, Battlefield Forge and Caves of Koilos are better budget dual options than anything that comes in tapped. Secluded Courtyard and Unclaimed Territory are almost auto includes for tribal.

Normally in a goblin deck, I'd just suggest running my lords like Goblin King , Goblin Chieftain , etc., and adding more copies of goodstuff like Goblin Grenade and Goblin Chainwhirler . However, to preserve the multiple tribe theme, I think focusing on warrior synergy would be the best idea. A good percentage of your creatures are already warriors and Blood-Chin Fanatic looks like one of the stronger cards in the deck.

Base Camp , Blood-Chin Rager , Kargan Intimidator , Boldwyr Intimidator , Lovisa Coldeyes , Obsidian Battle-Axe , and Raiders' Spoils are some warrior tribal cards in Rakdos, and Chief of the Edge , Chief of the Scale , Arashin Foremost , Herald of Dromoka , Kargan Warleader , and Mardu Woe-Reaper also apply when dipping into Mardu. I know most of these cards are just humans though, so here are some good warriors that fall under the goblinoid umbrella: Bloodmark Mentor , Goblin Bushwhacker , Goblin Cratermaker , Goblin Piledriver , Goblin Rabblemaster , Goblin Trashmaster , Krenko, Mob Boss , Pashalik Mons , Reckless Bushwhacker , Battle Brawler , Brutal Hordechief , Zurgo Bellstriker , Kazuul's Toll Collector , Ogre Battledriver , and Furystoke Giant . Which of these cards is best definitely depends on what your primary strategy is.

Anyway, good luck with your deck!

It's nice to see someone valuing a good curve, but I feel that your deck might have too many one-drops! It's a little too easy to imagine your aggression petering out once your opponent starts to amass a couple mid-sized creatures.

One card that I felt these classic Warrior decks practically couldn't function without was Blood-Chin Rager - the evasion is tantamount to overrunning your opponent before he can run you out of steam, and needing two creatures to block can be a tall order when you're throwing too many little scrappers at him. I'd also recommend Arashin Foremost as your sort of "top end." She can give you a damage boost even on the turn she shows up, and even a single Chief of the Edge followed by a single Arashin Foremost can attack for 12 damage per turn. It's a real explosive boost to your damage output for only three mana!
