Serra's Blessing and Ajani, the Greathearted are good for easy board wide vigilance

EvolutionBaby Yeah, Ajani, the Greathearted is a great passive: plus if they hit Ajani, you retain the monarchy. Always Watching is kinda okay, but better if you had more creatures, and Thraben Watcher is pretty much the same thing. Brave the Sands is a huge one, especially for blockers. Scion of Draco can be expensive at six mana, but very powerful for Jared. Sight of the Scalelords is a buff, but only if Jared is big enough. Those are my top recommendations, but especially Brave the Sands

Thoughts on just running Garruk Relentless  Flip as the commander as a Rule 0 thing? I doubt the deck would end up being anything terribly competitive (not a knock on your deckbuilding skills but just more because of the narrow theme), so why not just have some fun with it and make it a Rule 0 deck? If not, or if people give your grief over it, Carth the Lion is probably the best choice.

I'd say Garruk, Apex Predator but that one seems like it might be a bit too strong to have in the command zone with his emblem ability and all.

I've been debating doing the same thing with Ajani, probably with Ajani, Mentor of Heroes or Ajani, the Greathearted. Possibly another one with Jaya Ballard (RIP).

Update~ overhauled the mana base after playing a few games noticed without blink or sac effects its very hard to trigger lulu's ability so most of the dual lands that didnt have a forest or plains typing to them were cut to make room for fetches I could self trigger post combat. In addition Ajani, the Greathearted and Bow of Nylea were cut due to underperformance and replaced with Elemental Bond and Damning Verdict. The bow was cute, but all my creatures ended up so big the deathtouch never was relephant. and Ajani just kinda did what my commanders do naturally, but in a more underwhelming way.

Courser of Kruphix could be a good and budget card for this deck i think. Maybe to make landfall work faster Harrow is good, especially with Ramunap Excavator. Ajani, the Greathearted maybe is too slow but a good choice i think. No?

I can think of a way to do it with this spell X=5, no cards in hand, no permanents on board, no floating mana. Also a way with this spell X=4, no cards in hand, two mana sources one that produces white on board, and no floating mana; or X=3, no cards in hand, no permanents on board, and floating.

All scenarios are abusing PW that tutor to search for other cards that do the actual kill. Either infinite mana into Walking Ballista ( Elspeth Tirel , Ajani, the Greathearted , Xenagos, the Reveler , Garruk Relentless  Flip, Tezzeret the Seeker ) or the Copy Cat combo ( Garruk Relentless  Flip, Elspeth Tirel , Saheeli Rai , and either the 4 mana or the 2 sources and Teferi, Temporal Archmage ).
