Format developed in my playgroup, deck and sideboard (excluding basic lands) has a limit of $20 total card prices. Based my prices on median TCGPlayer prices on 6/11/16. Whenever the deck is altered in any way, prices have to be re-evaluated for the whole deck, so I'm trying to stick with this build as long as possible.

Also, spirits are wonderful.

So, Rattlechains escalated quickly. Really really wanted to put some EMN spirits in here, but I can't do anything to this deck now that the Chains have gotten to like $4 each. May play it as is, but most likely this will get transitioned to a non-budget-limited Standard deck.
