Opening Day's Undoing at the prerelease and realizing I have Nekusar laying around made me contemplate throwing together a Nekusar deck. Aiming more for haymaker windfall/wheel effects and less grindy Howling Mine type cards. Trying to keep the whole thing around 100 USD total, already own some of the cards (anything that comes with Mind Seize, the guildgates/Khans taplands).
