Hope it helps, i suggest you to also edit the decks here on tappedout so you can tweak it and see the charts and stuff. Also newcommer to this deck can see the progress. Oh and i made an mistake Journey to Nowhere doesnt work with him because it isnt an aura card. My bad. But its important to have some sort of card draw so keep an eye out for that.

It depends on what kind of deck you prefer. I currently have 4 Commander decks and building my fifth. All with very different themes. But i can List the Commanders:

Depending on your style of play i could recommend a precon but without any information its hard to just suggest something out of the blue.
For total beginners that also didn't play much magic the best would be The Zendikar Rising Precon with Obuun, Mul Daya Ancestor because its Landfall and its one of the easiest and most basic triggered ability to start out with that also includes neat small combos like with fetch lands and other tricks on instant speed.

Rhyno52 ahhh ok cuz the one I have at this moment is has Anowon, the Ruin Thief as my commander but after looking at the other u recommended Nekusar, the Mindrazer drew my attention the most with Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy close behind it

I soon will "upload" my Nekusar Commander. I could also add my Kinnan Commander Deck. Kinnan is more of an Combo/Fattie Deck and Nekusar is a little like spinning a Wheel of Fortune ;D

i think its kinda obvious what to take out. since the deck only has 20 lands, cut anything cmc 4 and up. that plus cutting the Circle of Protection: Black will get you down to 60 cards. then you should swap the Kabira Crossroads for plains.

anything cmc 4 or higher is too high for 20 lands. if you want cmc 4 cards, you need 24 lands. the 7 mana for akroma's memorial is outrageously expensive for a deck that doesn't have ramp. you just won't get that much mana.

Sooo i would cut Captain of the Watch down to two, Akroma's Memorial completely out, True Conviction down to one, Honor of the Pure down to three, Spare from Evil down to three, Gift of Estates completely out, Slayer of the Wicked down to three, Circle of Protection: Black exchange for Prismatic Strands and also down to three. You can dash in 4 plains for that and stil have 11 slots left for nice creatures or spells.
Some would be Raise the Alarm Soul Warden

Also Sram, Senior Edificer and other card draw would be good. maybe swap out Celestial Purge for Journey to Nowhere for even more card draw.
I hope that would help align the deck.

personally i think you might want to cut the cards that are specifically "anti vampire", cuz your friend might just get salty when they see its obvious that you're just trying to counter their deck. there are ways to counteract vampires that aren't going to make it obvious. for example, most of a vampire decks removal will be "1 for 1" trades, so a good way around that is to use cards that create multiple creatures off of a single card, such as Lingering Souls. it also has the advantage of being resilient to any discard spells your opponent might have.
as for the cards with cmc 5 and up, i really recommend using 24 lands plus ramp if you want to use them. so you'd probably have to splash green.
