Westvale Abbey + Blisterpod

Can I sacrifice Blisterpod for [Westvale Abbey]], then sacrifice the scion that comes out afterwards for the same ability?

No. When activating an ability, all costs must be paid simultaneously. Meaning you must sacrifice all 5 creatures at the same time.

When Blisterpod dies, its ability triggers. However, since you're in the middle of activating an ability, that trigger won't even go on the stack until after you've successfully activated Westvale Abbey  ^Flip, meaning you already sacrificed 5 creatures. Once this is done, then the trigger will go on the stack and you will get your eldrazi scion.
