So lets say I have Sagu Mauler morphed and I swing with the 2/2 token if my oppenent blockd with something like Master of the Feast can I pay morph cost to kill it?

Yes, that is a legal play, you can pay a morphed creature's morph cost at any time to turn it face up. You will then have a Sagu Mauler blocked by a Master of the Feast.

As long as you turn it face up before combat damage is dealt, yes. Declare attackers, declare blockers, and combat damage are all separate steps of combat. Just make sure to do this before the declare blockers step ends (blockers are declared at the beginning of the step), and you're good.
