Kaalia of the Vast and Master of Cruelties

If I swing with Kaalia of the Vast an d put Master of Cruelties out, first, does that work? is that a leagal atack or does Master somehow negate atacking with Kaalia? Secondlly, how does Master's ability trigger? He was never declared as an attacker, but I beleave the trigger is trigger upon the declare blockers step.

But He comes out in the declare attackers stage. Your opponent can still choose to not block the 2/2 flying and kill your master of cruelties. just give master a whispersilk cloak

You can only equip as a sorcery. It's hard to block and kill Master of Cruelties when he has deathtouch and first strike.Not too many people can block fliers, especially in the early game. Which is the best time to use him with Kaalia.

Yes, this works the way you want.
His attacking restriction only applies when you declare attackers; if you cheat him into attacking like this, he's still attacking.
Master of Cruelties 's ability triggers immediately after blockers are declared. If he's not blocked at that point, it triggers. It doesn't matter how he started attacking.
