If someone counters flickerforms activated ability, can I activate the ability again to flicker dodge the counter?

I had a situaton where I have a Bruna, the Fading Light with Flickerform. My friend casts Kill Shot on my Bruna, the Fading Light so I use flickerform. He casts Voidmage Husher to counter flickerform. Can I activate Flickerform again on the stack to dodge Voidmage Husher?

Yes. You can respond to Voidmage Husher being cast, the triggered ability being put on the stack, or even the triggered ability resolving but before the Kill Shot resolves. If your opponent used something like Trickbind it would both prevent you from responding to the counter, and prevent you from activating the ability again. However, as Trickbind can counter a triggered ability, like the delayed triggered ability that would attempt to return Bruna, the Fading Light from exile, that would be a more worrying interaction.
