Can i still use Kiora, the Crashing Wave 's +1 ability on Fleecemane Lion after is goes monstrous since it gains hexproof?

No. Hexproof specifically means "This object can't be the target of spells and abilities your opponents control." You can't target an opponent's hexproof anything with anything you control.
