Eldrazi in the post-Top meta..

Legacy forum

The other day I had posted in the Legacy help forum here.. asking for help honing a -Eldrazi deck for a Legacy Classic next month..

But in light of the recent ban of Sensei's Divining Top and how this changes the format, I believe this warrants a re-examination into Eldrazi's position in the meta going forward, as this ban effectively nerfs one of Eldrazi's better match-ups: Miracles..

I've seen predictions to the rise of BUG & StoneBlade variants, as well as the possibility of new Control archetypes to appear.. But what does this all mean for the Eldrazi Stompy/Shops archetype as a whole, and what would be the best (short-term & long-term) adjustments from a competitive standpoint (if any) immediately going forward into this new meta?

losing one favorable matchup isn't like the end of your deck, but it is possible with whatever build that the miracles players jump to that things get generally more difficult for you. If the leovold plan keeps getting bigger, then you shouldn't have too hard a time, but if everyone moves to like shardless then yeah you'll need to adjust as well. As of right now, no one really knows where everyone is going so theres not much you can do to prepare for it.
