Thank you. I would try to focus on draw/drain and protecting and accelerating the combos. Potential cuts: Angel of suffering, grave pact, dictate as they protect only if you do something. The same for grim haruspex and morbid Opportunist. Praetors grasp has no synergy. Leaden myr is too slow without haste. Oversold Cemetery is conditionally slow. Doomed Necromancer and Phyrexian Reclamation could be ok as you tutor things into the graveyard, although I would go for Witch's Cottage and Volrath's Stronghold.

Potential inclusions could be Imp's Mischief for protection, cheap targeted removal and mana rocks like Mana Vault, Grim Monolith, Mana Crypt.

I look forward to seeing two new decklists ;) I think for now I am out of ideas but would be interesting to see how this turns out. The deck would be way out if my budget and for my playgroup Sheoldred is not a suitable commander but I really like her in the 99 for my Braids Arisen Nightmare deck. Hope this works and I really like the deck!

No, this doesn't work. Forsaken Monument only adds a single extra {C} when you tap something for colorless mana, not one for every colorless mana you add. Grim Monolith just produces 4 mana in this example, not 6.

41.5% of this deck has CMC 0 for a reason. I'm all in on Ad Nauseam. Fantastic suggestions but I have to be very mindful of CMC total. Right now it's at 55 but maybe I'm overthinking it?

Grim Monolith had to double check my list. Was very surprised it is not in. Guessing CMC 2 scared me away but it would allow me to go off a turn earlier.

Necropotence Ad Nauseum #2. Back ups are important. Will slot in.

Snuff Out and Force of Despair I know this deck needs more removal but 7 CMC is a lot of life. Slaughter Pact is truly free. These are guaranteed sideboard cards for certain match ups.

Of your anti blue tech Mind Twist is a great suggestion. Old school power. Conqueror's Flail is a great "can't" but involves too much setup in a creature lite list.

Mind Twist - Anti-blue bait. Should they exile your wincon, you can just spite them by making them discard their hand. Also deadly if ramped early game, should you wish.

Basalt Monolith - I am actually not a fan of this one, grim monolith is better because it can bring your commander down Turn 3. Basalt + Rings + 2 mana = Infinite colorless. Add a Sensei's Divining Top to draw your whole deck. Note; Adding top to the rings + deserted temple + coffers combo also allows you to draw (and then cast) your entire deck

Dark Ritual - Helpful in a pinch

Bubbling Muck - Super ramp. Be careful with urborg out though as it affects all players.

Jet Medallion - Cost reducer

Mind Stone - Ramp when you need it, draw when you don't

I don't recommend everything above, just wanted to give you options to consider based on budget, availability and preference. Let me know if you would like suggestions for cuts.

Given your avg cmc is 0.66, do you actually have a high chance of killing yourself with ad nas? I've seen ad nas decks with much higher cmc and they worked just fine. Would it not be worth trying out to determine if the interaction would benefit you once the cat is out of the bag?

While not budget friendly, Grim Monolith to add to your maybeboard
