What happens if you bounce an enchanted permanent?

Asked by NTPYTO 9 years ago

If I have a Jace, the Living Guildpact and -3 him on an enchanted creature, does the enchantment go to the graveyard or the owners hand? I assume that the result is the same if you use other bounce effects like Cyclonic Rift ?

If there is an aura on the battlefield and it isn't attached to a permanent the state based actions will send it to the graveyard. It doesn't matter where the bounce effect came from it will still fall off. This is normally known as "falling off" although there isn't an official term.

Oh, ok. I didn't know I was supposed to do that. Is there a link to a list of rules and eddicate (spelling OP) for things on this site?
