MDFC graveyard Interaction with Quintorius, Loremaster

If i have Halvar, God of Battle Flip in the graveyard, can I target the Sword of the Realms Flip side of it with Quintorius, Loremaster as a non creature, non land card? I know some effects allow for the land (back side) MDFCs to be played from graveyards but wasn't sure if quintorius would only see the halvar side of the card??
Thanks that's makes. How come you can play lands from graveyards on the back side of MDFCs? How is that differing?

About the only time you get access to the back side is when you're playing it/casting it. In contrast if you were to Flicker a MDFC Land it reverts to it's front side.

An MDFC's back side can't be targeted while it's in the graveyard, their wouldn't be a Sword of the Realms in your Graveyard to target, just a Halvar.
