maze vs vigor interaction

how would both Root Maze and Amulet of Vigor in play interact with each other?

Then it's the opposite. Your stuff enters tapped and your opponent's will untap. It doesn't matter who controls Root Maze.

Root Maze has a replacement effect that modifies how permanents enter the battlefield.
Amulet of Vigor has a triggered ability that triggers when a permanent enters the battlefield tapped and under your control.
Any time a permanent enters the battlefield under your control, it will enter tapped because of Root Maze's replacement effect. Amulet of Vigor's ability will trigger, and you'll get to untap that permanent when the ability resolves.
Your opponent's permanents will just enter tapped.
