How does sacrificing creatures interact with triggered abilities that trigger on sacrifice?

The question is badly worded.
The context is that I cast Rise from the Grave on my opponent's It That Betrays. My opponent, who didn't want me to get the other player's sacrificed creatures, cast All Is Dust. Does It That Betrays ability trigger and give me his colored permanents, or does the simultaneous sacrifice negate that?

Sacrifice triggers are a sub-class of leaves-the-battlefield triggers. Leaves-the-battlefield triggers are one of the exceptions that "look back in time" and use objects as they existed before the event to determine triggers. This means that all permanents from all of your opponents that were sacrificed at the same time as It That Betrays will be returned to the battlefield under your control.
