Hollow One double trigger with Cycling?

So I was just thinking, Hollow One says it costs 2 less for each card Cycled or Discarded that turn. Now, when you Cycle something, the rule is "Discard this card: Draw a card" right?

So you Discard it, then after drawing, the card has officially been Cycled, right?

So would Cycling say, Street Wraith, cause a double trigger on Hollow One?

The wording on all the Ahmonket block cards that interact with a card being discarded say "if you cycle or discard" so that people who don't understand the rules of the game won't say "you cycled that, it wasn't discarded" since cycling was also in the block.

You only get the effect once since it is a single ability that says "cycle or discard" and not two different abilities with the requirements of "cycle" and "discard".
