Merchant Scroll

I feel like this is obvious but haven't found a diffinitive answer online. Merchant Scroll can get spells that are blue and another right like I can tutor for Firemind's Foresight right?

yes you can do that. as long as the spell is at least blue, its fine. it doesnt have to be mono-blue.
