Can Panharmonicon cause Ondu Spiritdancer to trigger an additional time

Ondu Spiritdancer doesn't use the typical wording of "this only triggers once" so I have no clue if Panharmonicon can make it trigger an additional time. (I want to copy Enchantment creatures)

Ondu Spiritdancer can only happen/trigger once, so Panharmonicon can’t help it.
