Can I create the following loop with Lotleth Troll, Golgari Brownscale and Lich's Mastery?

I have a Golgari Brownscale on the graveyard, and a Lotleth Troll and a Lich's Mastery on the battlefield.
I draw a card at my draw step. Instead of drawing, I dredge the Golgari Brownscale, gaining 2 life, putting 2 cards in my GY and returning the bornwscale to my hand. The life gain triggers the Lich's Mastery, making me draw another card. But before resolving that trigger, I discard the Golgari Brownscale to my Lotleth Troll, and resolve the troll's ability before the lich's ability. Would that create a loop where I gain life, put +1/+1 counters on the troll, and mill my library, until it is depleted?

You sure can, and it works just like you described! Only difference is you would draw two cards from returning the brownscale to your hand, not one, since Lich's Mastery states 'draw that many.'
