Unable to fix card? HELP!

Does anyone know how to fix: Command Tower (SLD:710). It's a normal treatment comes up as the foil image. I can't seem to be able to get to the card in the database to upload a normal treatment image.
Still showing in foil treatment, not a big deal one day hopefully it will display correctly.

The image itself isn't foil, as denoted by the lack of the foil symbol in the bottom left of the card in the black info box. It's usually a star inbetween the TLA and the language code.
Instead what was happening is that the card didn't have the normal treatment(alteration in our backend) tagged to it. This is now fixed, but give the server some time to update it.
