Tagging CMDR now shows a duplicate in the decklist

For years I have been making decklists with custom categories, with the commander alone in a category named "ZCommander" and with *CMDR* on the end, as the UI suggests doing. This worked really well because the card thumbnail would always be at the top-right on the decklist and the listing would be at the bottom in the edit box.
But since the site maintenance a couple of days ago, the "ZCommander" category now appears in every decklist for which I did this, in addition to the usual commander thumbnail. I can get it to go away by naming the category "Commander" instead and removing the *CMDR* tag, but then the thumbnail placement is based on auto-sorting instead of sticking to the top-right.
I'm not sure if this is an error or an intentional feature change.
This should be fixed, let me know if you are still experiencing it after a deck save.
