is there a way of filtering for converted mana costs
EG: show only instant spell for 2 or less etc
Found the filter when in cards menu section but I wanted the search filter so i can add cards when i am editing a deck, so I don't have to go back and forth

Good call, it's been added to the card search in the deck's edit page.

i wanted the filter to be added to edit deck and live deck edit so i can filter when i am editing a deck, not in the deck builder section

Yeah there are usually Mana Value filters on our cards/sets/inventory pages. You get 2 fields, from and to. You don't need to fill both, only the one that interests you. If you want exact mana value you can do from 2 to 2.
