How to change Credit Card that is being charged Monthly?

I am a supporter on the site that pay $3/month that is automatically charged to my Credit Card. That card was compromised and I need to update the card number but can't figure out how.

Can you just set it up under the upgrade option? If you can't you might have to wait for the current month to be up

We do not have any means to charge credit cards but if you want to manage your subscription you can do it through paypal

Thanks! I didn't realize it was going through PayPal. I already changed my card with them, so I should be all set.
