What we have so far-

The Madlands of Sorok are home to Fallen Angels, Repentant Fiends and everything in between. There is no good or evil just a thick reddy grey fog that lies over the entire madlands. Samurai wander the lands questioning the meaning of honour as every pure intention seems tainted by the sheer landscape.

RBW: A human samurai populated shard, Charged with the prevention of the spreading INfection. This shard is battle torn and Proud. This would be the home of the keywords, Clamp, precision and prevention. Clamp makes sense seeing how strong it is against infection and wither, BGU biggest weapons.

Sorok is the home of keywords. First strike, deathtouch, lifelink, cleave, clamp, precision, protection, fear, intimidate, vigilance you name it. All of the above abilities are colour specific to this wedge. Sorok in some ways is the easiest wedge to make. We need to be careful not to do things like put vigilance on a cleave creature.

starcitygames.com has advanced search that lets you sort by price for any particular set or groups of sets

TCGplayer's prices are skewed though because their median price is an average on all of the stores that sell on their site. To get your store on their site all you have to do is contact them and complete their process they have. That means it's not a true average because it's only using the prices of people who want their store listed on TCG. If you've ever actually looked at the stores you'll see that there are a lot of stores that are added and removed for various reasons that cause prices to fluctuate simply based on what stores are listed. Also, there are a lot of start up's that apply to have their store listed in the hopes of getting more visitors. These start up stores have a tendency to underprice their cards in the hopes of drawing more business, this too effects the prices listed on TCG. Another thing that effects the prices is the fact that a lot of stores have reduced prices because of card condition being listed as "Slightly played" or "moderately played" which again, when averaged, doesn't reflect the value of the card, but rather the value of the card when not in "mint condition". Most stores, at least the local shops around here, actually accept SCG's prices as the standard and will price things in their own shop accordingly. I also find that most players around here use SCG for the same reason when making trades.

Both of the card shops in my town, they sell at SCG prices and generally buy them at 1/4th of the price for cash, but if you want to sell cards for in-store credit they buy for half price. But you can only buy stuff from there with the in-store credit.

I think the reason a lot of sellers go by SCG is because they can usually get more out of it. However those same people selling when buying they usually want to go by tcgplayer because they are generally cheaper.

however, I usually buy my cards from Brute Force Games or Channelfireball. because I always encounter wonderful deals with them.
