I am unsure of what you particularly mean, but I use makeplayingcards.com in order to order proxies. There are specific guides and outlines found on reddit or youtube for how to upload images to their website and ordering from them. They are based in Hong Kong though, and it usually takes about a month for my orders to arrive in the US from whenever I place the order. For finding alters for MPC, I use mpcfill.com, which is a database of alters gathered from a bunch of different people. MPCfill may not have the exact alters you want, but they have a wide variety of alters covering pretty much every card in existence and are guaranteed to work with MPC, which might be an issue on whatever random alter you might find online due to a myriad of issues like DPI or spacing or whatnot.

Ah. With MPC you need to have 1/8" margins around whatever you're trying to print for a bleed edge, and therefore I'm unsure if it'll be suitable for what you're trying to do. The only other proxies are ones I've made myself with a printer and paper. You'll need to resize the cards to be I think 63mmx88mm. You can do this in programs like Photoshop or Paint.net fairly easily.

AstroAA - Discussion of how to make your own proxies at home, by yourself, and without providing any financial contribution to a third party is fine. Discussing, advocating, of providing links for purchasing proxies from a third party is not. Wizards allows folks to make and use homemade proxies, but a third party making proxies for profit is not permitted and infringes upon Wizards’ intellectual property rights.

Providing advice on how to infringe another’s IP rights is prohibited by TappedOut’s rules. Please refrain from doing so in the future.

Caerwyn - Sorry. I'll refrain from doing so in the future. Appreciate the warning!
