Reanimate
Sorcery
Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. You lose life equal to its converted mana cost/mana value.

Some small recommendations I can think of:
- You have a lot of drawing for all parties, but your opponents will also be discarding (quite likely, especially given the Memory Jar). I therefore recommend Megrim, which actually is the reason Memory Jar became the first emergency ban in MTG history. You could also run things like Animate Dead, Reanimate, and Necromancy to take advantage of loading up your opponents' graveyards. Of course, Rise of the Dark Realms is a nice showstopper, though it's quite pricey...
- Archfiend of Despair is a delightful combination of Wound Reflection (already recommended) as well as stopping lifegain. I love using it wherever I can. (It's also a demon, so it synergizes with one of your alternate win cons.)
- You could also consider going more of a snow-covered route, so replacing your basic swamps with the snow-covered kind and going with Extraplanar Lens to amplify your black mana. Crypt Ghast also is another mana accelerator.
- The Meathook Massacre and Massacre Wurm are also "board wipe with benefits" that I highly recommend. I also almost always play Kokusho, the Evening Star in every black deck I run. Archfiend of Despair could also be another fun option for removing things and punishing your opponents.
- Some of your artifacts and tutors could be better. Rather than Wayfarer's Bauble, I could suggest Expedition Map instead. Grim Tutor, Planar Bridge, and Beseech the Queen could also make for fun tutoring.
- I'm not sure if Gemstone Caverns and Mox Diamond are worth it here: sure, they're fast and get you more mana quickly (always a good thing), but the multicolored mana isn't so necessary. There are options I might prefer like Mox Amber, Mana Vault, Volrath's Stronghold...
- For a mono-black deck, Contamination might be a great way to lose all friends. I highly recommend it.
RiotRunner789 on Diabolic Revelation or Rune-Scarred Demon?

How many times has Diabolic Revelation netted you 3+ cards? Did you win the same or next turn? How many times has it been a dead card or only netted 1 or 2 cards?
7 mana is also a lot for a tutor. Does your deck have decent recursion? Can you play Entomb then Reanimate?
In a vacuum, I'd go with the demon but personally I'd play a mana rock or some synergy piece over expensive tutors.

Thinking about cantrips, I see Necropotence, Rhystic Study, and Phyrexian Arena in here, so there's some drawing power. Broadly speaking, I agree with the second person you talked to. These enchantments provide more advantage over time than spending a card to draw a single extra card. You can use graveyards as a resource, too. As far as cards like Dimir Doppelganger and Reanimate are concerned, everybody's graveyards are just extensions of your hand. So aside from the Preordain/Ponder/similar stuff in here that's good card fixing in general, cantripping isn't especially necessary. Unless you use massive amounts of cantrips (and some commanders are okay with that), they don't offer that much thinning, and simply playing with good knowledge and fundamentals will give you much more of an advantage. It wouldn't really hurt anything to include a few, but don't rely on them to break the game open in this deck.

its a really nice deck idea, but in my opinion, you got
-
too much stuff in your deck that doesnt fit to the theme like Squelching Leeches, Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon, Paragon of Open Graves, Infernal Scarring, Grasping Shadows Flip, Hero's Blade and maybe some others..
-
you are really high cmc for a sac-deck. maybe upgrade to a lower cmc and faster deck..i.e. change Diabolic Tutor with Diabolic Intent, Death-Priest of Myrkul, Stir the Sands or Palace Siege is expensive too - and they dont even fit very well to the theme. You can change your reanimation-spells to low cmc like Reanimate or Animate Dead aswell
-
To get rid of the fuel-problem, get some cards like Black Market Connections (awesome here), Blight Mound, Ophiomancer, Grave Titan ...
-
Upgrade sac-outlets: Phyrexian Altar, Priest of Forgotten Gods, Viscera Seer, Skullclamp
So all together you should fit the theme more, search for cheaper cmc cards that do the same and get some more token-stuff

I'd start with one of the 2 Flicker of Fate seeings as you can only run 1 in Commander :)
Your mana curve is a bit high too, so I'd look at one of the 7 mana cards to cut. Probably Fated Return since you can do the same thing for much less mana. Though I just noticed that you aren't running any of Reanimate, Animate Dead, or Necromancy and the price of the deck is pretty low, so this may be a budget deck and the "same thing for much less mana" argument may not be a good one.

Happy to help luizfpa! Have you had a chance to play your deck irl in its current iteration? Was there anything that felt clunky to you?
I played Alesha for a couple of years in a few different iterations: ETB tokens/Aristocrats, Menace Matters Aggro, and finally more combo-focused. The cool thing about Alesha is that you can take her so many different directions. I don't think I've seen any Alesha builds that look alike. The more you play her, the more you'll be able to tune her toolbox aspects to your playgroup(s).
If you're ever interested in running a more dedicated reanimator package to supplement Alesha, Reanimate, Animate Dead, & Necromancy all were reprinted in the new Revenant Recon Dimir precon.

Holy crap Reanimate, Black Sun's Zenith, Animate Dead, Necromancy, and Toxic Deluge all reprinted in the Dimir precon?
Duskana, the Rage Mother is a fun and cheeky way to do either Bear Typal, or Morph/Mega Morph/Disguise/Cloak/Manifest.
At a quick glance, it seems like the Boros precon has the most underwhelming reprints, besides Jeska's Will. Glad to see it getting reprinted again.

Some of my thoughts:
-
Griselbrand is a much better all purpose target than Iona. I recommend maxing Griselbrand count first before maxing Iona.
-
Collective Brutality is a swiss army knife for Reanimator. Its an uncounterable discard outlet, pre-emptively answers opposing countermagic and removal, kills problematic small creatures, finishes off weakened opponent, and at the very least gives back some life lost from Reanimate and Griselbrand activations.
-
Buried Alive is slow for Reanimator. If you really want this, maybe just run 1, but not the full 4.
-
Why is The Stone Brain in the deck? If you're worried of opposing card, I think you're far better off with discard like Unmask and Thoughtseize. They also doubles as a discard outlet if you really need to.
-
Also why casual? The deck is 1 card away from being legacy legal. Just replace Sol Ring with maybe Lotus Petal and you have a legitimate constructed deck.
