Haywire Mite

As far as decent 1-mana artifacts that you can add as 1-ofs for Saga, the normal go-tos are Haywire Mite and Shadowspear (both which you're already running), and then Springleaf Drum, Nihil Spellbomb, Pithing Needle, Pyrite Spellbomb. I'm not sure how many of those you'd actually want to run mainboard, as many are more useful as sideboard options - I think the combination of Haywire Mite, Shadowspear, and Mishra's Bauble is already a good mix :)

TreeGobo I really like what I see here. Any consideration to cards like Pugnacious Hammerskull, Royal Treatment, and Haywire Mite? I know that the Mite is currently the most expensive of the suggestions.
Maybe since Tribute to the World Tree is considered expensive for this build, how about Audacity?
Following you now. Awesome Deck!

Crypt of Agadeem good land in self mill
Syr Konrad, the Grim works well with the self mill put back on top of library theme.
Dread Return or perhaps Natural Order to make your insect tokens become something better.
Skullclamp card draw w/tokens
Some new cards are really good here!!!
Insidious Roots tokens ramp 2nd crypotolith rites kinda
Amzu, Swarm's Hunger insect have menace + more sometimes
Haywire Mite Removal on a creature

ACapo18 Been looking for a groovy golgari aristocrats deck, seems good! I would swap Naturalize for Foundation Breaker or Haywire Mite. A lot of the land fetching ramp is slow as well, swapping in mana dorks or things like Dawntreader Elk and Diligent Farmhand will increase creature count. :) Cheers!

Some thoughts (a bunch of these boil down to you needing a plan B for when you’re missing Heartless Summoning):
-
Without Heartless Summoning you can’t really play the game. That’s a problem as you’ll be mulling down to 4 cards 22% of the time trying to find it (and even on that 22% mull to 4, you may not have found it - you’ll be continuing to mull down to 3 13% of the time, and down to 2 8%).
-
You can’t rely on Profane Tutor to act as additional copies of Heartless Summoning… trying to use Tutor to that effect means you’re not doing anything that impacts the board until turn 5 (aside from a single relevant turn-3 play) - and the game’ll most-certainly be over by then.
-
Even if you cast Heartless Summoning, it’s very trivially for an opponent to remove with Prismatic Ending, Haywire Mite, Leyline Binding, countermagic etc… and then you’re back to doing nothing.
-
Even with Heartless Summoning in play, your mana curve reads too high. Modern decks typically can’t justify more than 3-4 cards costing 4 mana, and play nothing above this cost - factoring in the cost reduction of Heartless Summoning, you’ve still got 8 cards in this range, which is far too many. Having soo many cards costing 5 (so, 3 with a Heartless Summoning in play) is also going to make your turns really slow/clumsy.
-
Even if you can play Heartless Summoning, you’ve done nothing to impact the board for 2 turns - and letting your opponent effectively have 2 free turns before you start doing anything impactive is a really, really dangerous place to be (normally even giving your opponent one free turn is a really bad idea). Imo you need more early-game interaction, stuff like Fatal Push and Thoughtseize.
-
I have no idea why Sword of Light and Shadow is here - it does nothing for you.

9-lives that might be true for your local meta - though there's been a lot of big changeups at the competitive level, from cards like The One Ring, Orcish Bowmasters, Agatha's Soul Cauldron, Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, Haywire Mite, Ledger Shredder, etc.
It might be helpful to know what your meta actually looks like - because it sounds very different from anything established.
legendofa on Is Leyline binding worth it?

My actual direct experience with Leyline Binding is very light, but my impression is that it's very useful, but very prone to sideboard counters. So basically what you said.
It gets around Chalice of the Void easily enough, and the flash is pure joy. Best value is in 3+ color decks, since you want the biggest discount you can get.
Downsides include Blood Moon (can't get a discount if your Hallowed Fountain becomes a Hallowed Mountain) and the usual array of removal (Haywire Mite, Wear / Tear, Boseiju, Who Endures, etc.) gets their card back.
It's hard to play around, but easy enough to deal with. If your games tend to go long, you need to have a really good support structure around it.
