Bastion of Remembrance
Enchantment
When Bastion of Remembrance enters the battlefield, create a 1/1 white Human Soldier creature token.
Whenever a creature you control dies, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life. (Dying is being put into the graveyard from the battlefield. Tokens enter the graveyard before they cease to exist.)
Crow_Umbra on In what color to combo …

What kind of combo are you looking for, or what is most fun for you? Every color combo has a plethora of combos available to them. I'd recommend checking out commanderspellbook.com as a resource to look up combos across different color combos. It explains in a pretty clear step by step manner how each combo is achieved.
Personally, I like to play combos where each of the components can stand on its own, so they don't necessarily feel like "dead" cards without the other pieces.
Some of my favorite combos:
This combo can be achieved with Leonin Relic-Warder and Animate Dead/ or Necromancy/ or Dance of the Dead. On their own, each can function independently & effectively, or be combined with something like Bastion of Remembrance or an Impact Tremors effect to drain out the table.
Again, on their own, each piece is fully functional and can stand on its own. In combination the two pieces can potentially lead to multiple combat steps.
I'd say figure out which colors and archetypes you like playing most, then search around on Spellbook to see if there are any combos that you might like. Just about every color has some kind of combo available to it, but each one might fit your playstyle or budget better than others.

Hi, i like your Idea of adding your Squirels to other tockens.
Did you thought about Bastion of Remembrance, could be a nice finisher with e.g. Ashnods Altar.

Last Laugh Thanks for the suggestions! All those cards have great effects, but generally I prefer to play my effects on creatures in this deck so I can cast them off Food Chain, find them with my creature tutors, and cheat them in with things like Birthing Pod and Defense of the Heart.
Impact Tremors was cut from this deck for Zulaport Cutthroat when it was first printed for this reason, much more synergistic as a creature and generally paints a much smaller target on your head. I'll likely cut either artist or cutthroat once I finally pickup a copy of The Meathook Massacre. Similar story with Bastion of Remembrance, plus making off-color tokens is a pet peeve of mine.
Scepter of Celebration is new to me but seems like a great card, I certainly wouldn't cut Avenger of Zendikar from this deck for almost any reason but it could be a good budget replacement for something like Awakening Zone or a token doubler, but I don't know it makes the cut because I almost never have 3 extra mana after casting prossh to equip and it doesn't do much equipped anywhere else. Plus off color tokens again, silly citizens.
Thanks again, I'll give your deck a look!

Scepter of Celebration is amazing on Prossh. You can sac all your tokens so Prossh hits that much harder and Scepter just replaces everything you sac'ed and then some. I'd personally try it in Avenger of Zendikar's slot (unless I'm missing some blinking shenanigans or something).
Bastion of Remembrance is a more resilient Zulaport Cutthroat effect. I recommend both. It could easily replace Viscious Shadows.
Impact Tremors I would recommend over Blood Artist. Again it's more resilient but more importantly, it hits all opponents.
Feel free to check out my list for ideas. It's an aristocrat/group slug theme where all those effects hit all opponents. Upvotes on any of my decks are appreciated. Prossh's Dastardly Bastard Children - Group Slug

Some simple swaps I'd recommend which are low budget (I think?). These are things that directly serve the same purpose, but better.
Armilliary Sphere => Thaumatic Compass Flip Thaumatic Compass serves the purpose you're using the sphere for, probably?, but with the bonus of extending in strength into the mid to late game as it turns into a Maze of Ith.
Sign in Blood => Tezzeret's Gambit 1 more mana, but proliferate and easier mana requirement. Or two more mana and no life cost.
Sisay's Ring => Thran Dynamo Self explanatory.
Fleetfeather Sandels => Swiftfoot Boots Hexproof is usually better than flying. The Equip cost is lower.
Leaden Myr => Dimir Signet Doesn't die to the next field wipe, which could be yours.
Some general cuts that are either working against you, not doing enough, or just to make space for other things. Cuts:
- Crowded Crypt (Meh mana rock, not stellar token maker)
- Illness in the Ranks (kills your slugs, could be kept with the right win cons)
- Infernal Genesis (too expensive, opponents get to use it first)
- Genesis Chamber (expensive, gives opponents creatures before you)
- Gifted Aetherborn (too small, low impact)
- Royal Assassin (Same)
- Cabal Ritual (-1 card for speed. Gotta get a lot out of this for it to be in deck.)
- Dark Ritual (Same)
- Mana Leak (Great early game, but dead draw midway and on usually.)
- Dispel (Good enough, but I needed to make space)
- Fuel for the Cause (Same)
- Dramatic Reversal (I don't see a combo with this in deck)
- Morbid Opportunist (slow draw)
- Altar's Reap (I don't see enough excess creatures until commander is in play, so you might as well turn it into a draw engine instead, see below)
- Village Rites (Same)
Add: 6 lands. Duals are preferable, but basics are just fine as well. Harvester of Souls (draw engine) Vampiric Rites (draw engine) Mass Diminish (wipe) Mirkwood Bats (win con) Zulaport Cutthroat (win con) Bastion of Remembrance (win con) 2+ Mana rocks from list below
Some mana rocks to consider Arcane Signet Talisman of Dominance Mind Stone Worn Powerstone Replicating Ring Astral Cornucopia Everflowing Chalice
Slightly Higher cost stuff that goes really well with what you're doing.
- Black Sun's Zenith => Infest (It's better usually, even at 3 mana)
- Massacre Wurm => Vampire Nighthawk (Vampire is good enough, just not pulling weight at this point)
- Asinine Antics => Grim Affliction (Another Polymorphist's Jest, but permanent)
- Skullclamp => Slum Reaper (You already kill everything consistently, and this gives a S* load of draw) (Add a Trinket Mage to tutor it)

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. I hope my suggestions will be helpful, but here are some things I noticed when I took a look at your deck:
-
I know that your commander can steal opponents' lands, but I think you are kind of low on your own land count. Personally, I would suggest bumping up to 35-36, especially since your average cmc is closer to 3.
-
I think you can cut Voracious Fell Beast all together, or replace it with something like Fleshbag Marauder, Plaguecrafter, or Merciless Executioner for a cheaper version of a similar effect.
-
Gnawing Vermin can likely be replaced by a ramp spell like Three Visits, Nature's Lore, Farseek, or Rampant Growth. Its effect isn't super impactful, even as a sacrifice target.
-
You can probably swap out Fall of Gil-galad and Oath of the Grey Host for a couple more effects that let you sacrifice your own creatures like Ashnod's Altar, Plumb the Forbidden, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, or Phyrexian Altar, depending on your budget.
-
I would recommend swapping out Rampaging Brontodon with Tireless Provisioner, Scute Swarm, or Tireless Tracker. All are lower on the mana curve, and still work with the landfall stuff you want to do.
-
Depending on your budget, you can likely swap Butcher of Malakir out for Bastion of Remembrance, Poison-Tip Archer, Grave Pact, or Dictate of Erebos. The enchantments are a bit more resistant to removal and board wipes than creatures, and all options are lower on your mana curve to come down sooner.
If you haven't already, I would recommend checking out EDHREC's page on Smeagol, Helpful Guide, here are the pages for a Sacrifice themed deck and a more Landfall focused deck. These pages can give you an idea of which effects overlap between the two strats, and what might be within your budget.
I hope these suggestions were helpful.

I like the list, but if you want easier combos Heliod, Sun-Crowned is a great card to start with if you wanna upgrade the deck. Tutors are used to make a deck win faster because they function as any card for an extra mana cost, usually finding your combo piece for a win. The more tutors you add the simpler the deck becomes making it much more consistent.
So if you wanna make Ghave a stronger commander I'd recommend adding at least a few tutors if you really wanna throw some money at the deck.
Skullclamp and Moldervine Reclamation adds card draw out the wazoo
Any "on death" pingers like Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Blood Artist could add some value, The deck is practically Selesnya colored so making more use of out black could make the deck more fun even imo

Pitiless Plunderer + Chatterfang goes infinite. Plumb the Forbidden is an excellent way to dig deep for combo pieces at instant speed. Bastion of Remembrance is a more resilient Zulaport Cutthroat effect. Sacrifice is a nice bit of surprise ramp.
