I would say -4 Night's Whisper, +4 Sign in Blood. Since you're running mono-black, the extra B won't hurt you, and it gives you the option to target someone (which is one of the most hilarious ways to kill someone in a casual format).

4x Sol Ring and 4x Dark Ritual? You are a beautifully cruel, cruel person.

You have a lot of high-cost angels without a whole lot of aggro or low-cost creatures (which is what Boros leans more towards).

First, you need to solidify your theme. Is this deck about preventing your opponent from doing anything until you can drop in angel-after-angel to overrun the board in the air? Then I would suggest more spot removal and damage prevention.Do you want to do loads of damage and gain tons of life? Then I would look into running Spark Trooper and Warleader's Helix. If you want cantrips and punishment, you could get Boros Reckoner and Spitemare. If you want to go aggressive, try Legion Loyalist, token generation, and Viashino Firstblade.

Once you have a direction you want to go with in WR Boros, you can then tailor and edit to that strength, rather than being too spread out.

I made a mono-black deck similar to this back when Innistrad was in Standard. Have you explored using Soulcage Fiend or Blistergrub?

Using these guys with a sac outlet, Blood Artist, Bone Splinters and reanimation packages to continually bring them back worked a world of wonders (and ping-ping death fun).
