I'm an apprentice by nature, I'm always looking for the greatest combos out there so I can try them myself and get a feel for the strategy of the deck.

Deck testing, for me, is always the most enjoyable part of MTG. Seeing different strategies and concepts and watching them work is so much fun.

I'll look at anything that's hilarious, ridiculous, broken, nasty, overpowered, fast, sneaky, evil, controlling, or well-synergized.

Oh, and I've yet to see a modern Nicol Bolas deck that can win consistently when I use it, so don't be afraid to put any of yours up to the challenge, but remember, I like easy-control when it comes to modern Bolas decks, so don't think too hard about what cards you want to use. :)

Woah... just imagine if Karn, Silver Golem was in the deck. Chunky artifacts + Darksteel Forge with creature-Karn becomes "I have blockers for days." Mycosynth Lattice turns him into an Armageddon, it turns Forge into "Vandalblast? What Vandalblast?" Lattice also turns Unwinding Clock into a creatureless Seedborn Muse, turns Clock of Omens into "Tap any 2 things: untap a thing," lets Sculpting Steel copy anything, lets Mirage Mirror copy planeswalkers (which Rings of Brighthearth combos will let you abuse completely), lets KCI turn your whole board into a resource, and lets you use Nevy's Disk to hold everyone's board state hostage. Disk and forge are also ridiculous. Drop the Lattice on top of that two-card combo and everyone gets up and walks away.

Other cards I would highly reccomend: Cloud Key, Crucible of Worlds, Temple of the False God, Ghirapur Orrery, Vedalken Orrery, Helm of the Host, Prowler's Helm, Whispersilk Cloak, Library of Leng, Venser's Journal, Aetherflux Reservoir, Staff of Domination, Thran Temporal Gateway, Aetherworks Marvel, Arch of Orazca.

Um... It looks awesome, though I would probably run Rhystic Study instead of the Mystic Remora, just on the principle that the Rhystic Study is far more obnoxious because you get to ask for cards whenever your opponents cast any spells at all. If you ever think of changing your commander to add black to the deck, Time Sieve and Temporal Extortion are some really great cards. Temporal Extortion in particular can be very niche when played at just the right moment. XD +1 from me for sure!

So, to make this better, you can just make room for creatures with undying/persist by throwing out most of the things that aren't lumbering behemoths on their own. Undying/persist is really great with Flayer of the Hatebound. Undying works better because of a really funny synergy with Marchesa, the Black Rose. Mutate onto the undying creatures. All creatures in a mutation pile come back at the same time, but they won't be attached to each other. Your voltron strategy now becomes a battlecruiser strategy. If you have mutations left to perform, you can mutate onto the pieces of your now disassembled creature. I think that giving your deck the flexibility to change strategy on a dime and not lose hardly any steam at all could help the deck perform even better than it does already. This idea could just let you outpace your opponents very, very quickly.

Dude... you need a Triumph of the Hordes. The deck needs at least one source of infect.

It also needs one eldrazi. I would suggest either It That Betrays or Eldrazi Conscription.
