You should make this an Abzan list s you have access to Winding Constrictor. It is your 5-8 copies of Hardened Scales and makes the deck much more consistent. Most decks have a good amount of spot removal, so I like to keep only creatures that are powerful by themselves and have synergy with the +1/+1 counter plan. Example is Tireless Tracker she creates card advantage, mana sync and has great synergy with our game plan.

Spellskite is a nice add. I don't know if I would run two of them though. I like the idea of green god finisher, I'd choose a Nylea, God of the Hunt though. Should include at least one Walking Ballista as machine gunning someone in mtg is great.

If you are going to use Stoic Angel then I would suggest running something along the lines of Always Watching /Brave the Sands or alternatively more creatures with exalted. Which ever path you choose I would suggest Noble Hierarch. Geist of Saint Traft is a great beater if you go all in on the exalted plan. Also I wouldn't run more than 3 Rafiq of the Many you will often end up with more than one in hand. Blink abilities are best used with creatures that do something when they enter/leave the battlefield which you don't have a lot of. Personally I'd go for the exalted route and remove the Stoic Angel's and replace it with Sublime Archangel. As far as the mana base more fetchlands are better and you are running too many, probably want to have around 23-24 lands depending on if you use Noble Hierarch.
