Why do I want to be running Bloodchief Ascension? If you are referring to countersquall, I only included it over negate bc I know that every land other than the 1 island will produce black, which makes it strictly better.

Still not sold on Worldly Counsel.
Pros: Instant Speed Cheap (compared to divination)
Cons: Put a card on the bottom Only two cards.
in the end, speed and cheap win for a pyromancers deck (in my eyes)

It runs somewhat well. It's a little hard to play on the draw and if they get a good draw. Otherwise, pretty effective. It's pretty easy to land-screw them consistently and to set up a good defense.
