Self-mill is definitely a direction that you could go with this, and I just added Altar of Dementia to the deck. With Altar of Dementia, right before you are about to use Balthor's ability you can sac the team and mill out a lot more zombies onto the battlefield. You want to cast Balthor before milling though in case someone has a counterspell.

If I was going all in on the self mill strategy, I'd play Morality Shift and more ways to tutor for it. However, at that point the deck becomes more of a combo deck and not a zombie tribal deck. The deck is already weak to graveyard hate and counterspells, and adding too much self mill makes the deck easier to shut down.
