Hello, I think you need two things to make this deck better. The first is a direction you want to take the deck like for example having a aristocrat strategy. I know on edhrec.com there are suggestions on ways to go for the commander in question. The second is that in order for you deck to hum you need 10 card draw cards, 10 mana ramp cards and 5 single target removal/ board wipe cards. If you want more clarification on what I mean, I would go to the command zone YouTube channel. That channel did wonders for me. Lastly, your mana base is a healthy amount in my opinion you are fine with that as is.

Thanks for the help MonoCommander. I have made the changes. Is the any wincons that you know of when playing a discard deck?

This deck has a interesting concept. However, I would suggest your deck needs at least 10 card draw cards, 10 mana ramp cards, 5 single target removal and 5 board wipes to improve efficiency in a game. I went by the a video done by the command zone podcast on YouTube called deck building template. It did wonders for my deck building skill. If you are going for Voltron I would suggest the equipment sword of feast and famine, sword of fire and ice as well as lightning greaves to protect your commander.
