I'm actually used to playing a very casual meta(mostly with friends and rarely at an actual lgs, but I am moving so I will need to go to an lgs) with very little interaction, where we all just played big stompy stuff, yet I want to make a more competitive deck for an lgs.

Oh ok. Like I said I will have to wait to see what the meta is and social contract is to see how heavily I can implement the stax element in there, but thank you.

Only issue with running all these fetchlands is if I do decide to use ruination/magus of the moon/blood moon, it hurts a lot more because it reduces the amount of basics I would run, bringing my basic count down to like 11 or 12

I will keep all these in mind as soon as I figure out what the meta is at the lgs. So as soon as that happens I will change up the deck to be more suited for that meta. Are you able to run the other fetches?

I will certainly look into all the decks that are played in the new lgs and see how competitive is and see if infect and MLD are allowed. Another important thing is to see if storm is allowed or not, since most of your stax suggestions are anti-storm. I also much prefer Aurelia to Gisela just like you lol. Thank you so much for your advice and suggestions.

Thank you for your suggestions synergy. This deck won't be used/purchased for a couple months as I am going to a new lgs and I do not know how competitive it is. Once I figure out their competitive level and social contract(i.e. if MLD is allowed) I will definitely consider and most likely implement most of your suggestions, however I do want the main focus of this deck to be voltron, not stax so I will still be keeping most of the voltron pieces in rather than taking a more stax approach. Than you very much for your suggestions synergy, I will seriously consider them.
