Hello!

I am a casual MTG player who tends to enjoy creating relatively affordable (in the beginning) Modern decks with cards, tribes, or concepts that do not see a lot of play. There is so much room for creative thought and deck building within the MTG realm that each of us, from the newest and most casual of player to the PRO Tour winners, have the opportunity to contribute.

Even the jankiest deck could make a Tier with the right card combination - the key is knowing what cards are available in which format. Your idea may not work in Standard, but the cards available for use with each format increases exponentially.
