Hurkyl's Recall would work great against Affinity!

This is a pretty neat casual deck. I like a lot about it. It has a lot of really cool cards, some of which I completely forgot about.
That said, and I hate to say this, because I can tell you put a lot of effort into it, but this seriously isn't competitive. At all. You won't win any games with it in its current state.
Competitive MTG, especially Legacy, is a monster unlike any other. Every deck in Legacy either wants to win on turn 3, or prevent their opponent from winning altogether. This deck would get torn to shreds.
I highly recommend you look into Commander. In Commander, you can build whatever you want and still have a chance. It's there for exactly what you're doing here: coming up with an idea, researching cool cards that you like which fit into it, and piling them together.
Or, dive in deep and understand what the Legacy metagame is like, what cards are popular, what decks are popular, how they interact with one another, etc. It's a daunting objective, and many feel worse and worse the more they know, but it can be really fun for some people.
Don't be discouraged. This game is incredibly deep. You've merely scratched the surface, and I'm excited to see how much deeper you can go!
P.S.: You marked WU as both a splash color and an excluded color, confusing the card costs ring at the upper right hand corner.

Just came up with two other questions:

Neat deck! It looks competitive, all the while being innovative.
Here's a question you may know the answer to: Why does Mono-U Tron run so many 1-ofs?
