There aren't many dull moments in Magic. Not to sound sappy, but I'm extremely thankful for this card game and the joy it has brought into my life.

Commander 2014 was the set that started my love affair with this game. Myself and two of my friends went to our local Walmart and each purchased a different preconstructed Commander deck

Nahiri, the Lithomancerwas my Commander of choice. For weeks I pitted her in intense battles against my friends. Some weeks I lost, some weeks I won, but mostly I learned the ropes and got to know my friends better.

Since then I've built better, competitive Commander decks and have started playing weekly at my local LGS. The competition is fierce and inspires me to be the best I can be.
