Thanks dzapf2008! At the start I was going G/W because in my head I was like "green is good with tokens and mana ramp" but after some revision it slowly became a splash of green in a B/W deck. It's mostly there for Sigarda, Heron's Grace and her synergy (though I also really like Pendelhaven Elder making my 1/1's decent blockers when they need to be). At the same time, I saw your deck (it's so similar!) and definitely see how Ravenous Demon  Flip, Xathrid Necromancer, and human buffs would be decent additions themselves. I'm almost tempted to pull out Pendelhaven Elder and replace it and Ghostly Prison for some of those cards and keep green strictly for Sigarda. I don't need her but she generates humans and if I want to keep the same ratio of cards that generates humans, I prefer her over something like Thraben Doomsayer.

This deck revolves heavily around getting at least one of each of the Empires artifacts, which isn't easy to do. I'd recommend adding cards to tutor them out of your library - a good option is Fabricate. Drawing helps too, but I would replace Opt with Serum Visions. Or maybe have both?

Also, counters are nice but too circumstantial in their use to have a deck full of only them. If an opponent gets even a single creature through because a) you didn't have the land to use the counter in your hand, or b) you're tapped out because you drew one of your Empires artifacts and wanted to play it - you're basically screwed because you have no bounce or removal to stop yourself from taking damage every single turn; you'd have to hope you get to your combo in time. I'd use counters like Remand for the bonus card draw but also add some bounce and/or removal and/or chump blockers like Guard Gomazoa or Fog Bank.

Heck, you could even make this a U/W deck with heavy lockdown cards like Authority of the Consuls, Ghostly Prison, Blind Obedience, etc. to slow down your opponent while you're waiting to draw your artifacts. As a bonus, splashing white also gives you access to Enlightened Tutor.

You have 8 Giant Growth when you can only have 4 of any card at maximum. At the very least, I would switch those 4 extra cards with cards that give your creatures Trample/Flying/Menace/Fear/Unblockable or anything to get through being chump blocked constantly.
