Heya, I go by SOTC on here. I probably shouldn't mention what the acronym stands for; that's a bit blue, and not in the WUBRG sense :)

Anyhow, I've been playing paper MTG for over 20 years now, starting with Invasion block but really getting hooked around Odyssey. Though I used to play Historic pretty much exclusively, I was introduced to Commander a year ago, and it's safe to say I'm obsessed :'D

I'll post my Commander decklists here just for fun. They're not meant to be competitive, though they work just fine in my pod. If you're so inclined, leave a comment telling me what you think! Card suggestions are always welcome, though I'm not a min-maxer by any means. Besides, Rule 0 applies as ever; EDH is a way to explore the game we love and see what others can come up with, not a ruthless race to crush your friends!

Every deck posted here will have a rating, on a scale from 1 to 10. This is my personal impression of the absolute power scale of the deck, both from my design choices and my experience of actual play. This means that the scores are not set in stone; they are an ever-changing assessment of power in play.

For clarity's sake: 1 is absolute jank; a deck cobbled together just because Terese Nielsen does dope art and you wanted it all in one place. 10 means full-on cEDH, with enough spice in it to give Sean Evans a run for his money. You probably won't be seeing 9s or 10s on this page.

The EDH Prism

As a long-term goal, I want to create an EDH deck for each combo in the MTG 'Color Prism' - that is to say, each combination of colors. Quite a task, but an incentive to think about unique ways of realizing each without repeating themes.
