I enjoy playing EDH/cEDH. I'm trying out Can-Lander for the first time, if I end up making a spicy list I'll post it.

This deck has a lot of answers and keeps the rest of the table trying to keep up! Great deck, sTakkato!

Hi UnderworldFiend I've looked at using those cards before, but they didn't make the cut in the end. Below is my reasoning for it!

Meekstone : In my current meta (Korvold foodchain, Consultation TNT, Prosh Foodchain etc...) the Power and toughness of the creatures on average is below 2.

Quicksmith Genius : He was too slow and not easy to recur or cheat out! I found that he would never last until my next turn, and the deck doesn't play enough artifacts in one turn to justify it!

Sorry for the double comment, but based on your suggestions I've added the following cards to the maybe board for future testing! Mycosynth Lattice , Curse of Opulence , Darksteel Forge , All Is Dust

These cards may fit into a revision down the road and I hope to test them soon!

Hey all! Sorry for not replying sooner, life got chaotic!

TheCardPool The land base is the life blood of this deck! Being able to use my lands as another spell is crucial for keeping my game plan going and keeping early game interaction at the maximum! Most of the cards you listed would be great in creature heavy metas! The meta I'm in doesn't usually use the attack step, and I really need to cheat out my stax by turn 1 or 2 to slow the pace of the game down!

TheSimikBOat Darksteel Forge usually is me taking a turn off of playing something to slow the game down. I would rather another piece to make it harder to play a spell, then protection! That being said if I feel like I can't keep my pieces out when I need them I may have to add it in! Curse of Opulence is a double edged sword! I have thought of using it multiple times, but I worry about giving my oponents too much advantage, especially since I am using stax to increase the cost of cards, it might detract from that strategy. Mycosynth Lattice I had this in my deck, I won with it once. The rest of the time it was a dead draw, sitting in my hand, or graveyard. If I had more ways to tutor Karn, I would totally run it, but since I took it out, Karn is less of threat and can stay on the board longer.

bushido_man96 Tangle Wire is a great card! It's one of the cards in my to test section! I think that it would be a great addition I'm just waiting to rotate out the cards I'm currently testing in the flex spot and it should make it in as a mainstay!

ThoAlmighty I had a hard time seeing cards to cut, I tried a couple of test hands and it played out well. I didn't want to change the flavor of your deck without knowing more about it, or the meta you play in! I made a couple of suggestions in case wish cards aren't allowed though!

I just want to say thanks in advance for taking a look! I'm mostly looking for help in the primer. If someone wants to take the time to read it, I'll be grateful to ya!

Also, if you have any card suggestions I'm all ears! I play in a heavy CEDH meta, so if you can think of way to force those decks to play some fair magic, let me know!

I like the toolbox look of this deck, a spell for every situation. I can see that you avoided combo's nicely, but I will say that Wishes are technically meta dependent since commander doesn't officially support them yet. But if your meta allows them, then all the more power to ya!

In case of wish cards not being allowed maybe try the following!

Now for suggestions - Un-budgeted:

Yawgmoth's Will : This card will allow you to replay spells already spent. Don't let its competitive stigma stop you from considering it!

Budget friendly:

Goblin Electromancer This guy will help you reduce costs without reducing other's costs as well.

Torrential Gearhulk get some extra value from your instants

Unbound Flourishing You play a lot of x costs, and this might help you out there!

I noticed that you had Arcane Melee in your deck. This card can be quite dangerous depending on your meta, so be careful when joining new pods with it. I know I've had it backfire on me several times!

I enjoyed looking through your deck and can't wait to see what future cards bring to it!
