I just counted 61 decks. Do what you have to, to not take an eternity. I'm not sure what the best way to do this would be, best of luck.

It is. With two worldwake/amulet-of-vigor.jpgAmulet of Vigors you can tap mana between the triggers. Using zendikar/sejiri-refuge.jpgSejiri Refuge you can tap for blue and white for the activated abilities of worldwake/tideforce-elemental.jpgTideforce Elemental and worldwake/ruin-ghost.jpgRuin Ghost.
This is one more card than the version with zendikar/lotus-cobra.jpgLotus Cobra, but using artifacts allows it to slightly harder to disrupt. Only slightly because just killing one of the creatures stops everything from happening more than once.

I would think that a zendikar/hedron-crab.jpgHedron Crab would be an obvious win condition. It comes out fast, and can create really awkward situations for your opponents and their fetch-lands.

Yeah, or in play of course. I've now put in 2 alara-reborn/maelstrom-nexus.jpgMaelstrom Nexus's, and cascading with or into a worldwake/treasure-hunt.jpgTreasure Hunt seems pretty sweet.
