It may be hard to cast, but Ball Lightning is a good card if you're looking for high power low cmc, as is Spark Elemental. While not as good as Wild Nacatl, it is still a good option for this deck: Loam Lion Mutagenic Growth, because if you have a 3/2 flying attacking on turn 2, you might want to deal as much damage as possible before they get blockers out. Consuming Fervor is good if you want to finish your opponent off quickly. Finally, I suggest sideboarding Fracturing Gust if your playgroup plays artifact/enchantment decks often.

Hello. This is my slightly more budget than before esper mill deck. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thank you.

As you have plenty of mana dork/land mana amplifiers/mana rocks, you should include Mana Reflection, as it does not state that only land mana is doubled but mana from all other permanents as well. Another advantage of Mana Reflection is that it does not just add 1 additional mana but doubles mana produced. This is good with the bounce lands that add 2 mana. It might not be very budget, but to me it is worth the extra expense. Extraplanar Lens could work. It would not work nearly as well as in a mono colour deck, but it is still useful if you are short on sources of a particular colour. Authority of the Consuls and Aura of Silence help with suppressing your opponents. Umbra Mystic for added protection. Finally, overwhelming Splendor to finish an opponent. I absolutely hate that card.

Thank you ZendikariWol. I'm surprised I forgot the medallion.

Ah. Sorry, ZendikariWol. I was about to post and was suggesting on the Xantcha deck when you posted, so I wasn't breaking the rules. Now, here is a deck I would very much like to get, but before splashing out, I would like to optimise it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I love the concept of this deck. I originally doubted Xantcha's ability as a commander, but now I see her true potential. As this deck is duocoloured, I would highly reccomend Seal of the Guildpact as an include: it, as you asked for, accelerates your deck, as it makes your spells cheaper to play, and as such you have more mana free to play more spells to finish the game faster. I would suggest Rakdos Ickspitter with Xantcha as it's target, as the 1 damage will not kill her, and it also drains life from her controller. It is also a free ability, so you do not have to expend mana on it apart from the casting of the creature itself. It's also a chump blocker for your pillowfort. Ashenmoor Liege, as it buffs your black and red creatures and repels opponents from getting rid of it, while also being a fair costed 4/4 that can be cast even if you're screwed for either black or red mana. Finally: Rakdos's Return, because we want to get rid of any card advantage they've got and make them lose life.
