Sideboard has a max of 15. I don't know if those are just maybes or just trying to figure the numbers, but I just wanted to tell ya. <3

There's a lot to unpack with this whole deck, for starters I made an extremely similar deck not too long ago if you are interested in how I went through the process. Rakdos Reanimental.
Firstly, I'm not the biggest fan of assault strobe. A sorcery speed pump for lighting skelemental sounds good in concept, but that gives you're opponent more than enough time to think about how they want to deal with it. Yes it does combo with Dreadhoard arcanist for a surprise assault strobe, you would at best have it turn 3 due to it not having haste and you typically not having a spirit guide to do more shenanigans on that turn.
Secondly is seasoned pyromancer. While overall a very beneficial card for your deck, it feels like it wouldn't do as much as it could in other decks. This is another card that does combo with others, unearth specially, something like Collective Brutality does relatively more for less mana.
Lastly is Dreadhoarde Arcanist, Honestly him not having haste really slows down this deck. Being able to turn 2 re-cast an unearth you may have looted away would be a lot better than trying to go all in the turn after, not to mention he exiles the spell afterwards to prevent recursion.
Overall I love this whole deck all the synergies, but it feels a bit fragile and a turn too slow for a ball lightning deck. I would honestly check out the direction I took this idea in and while you shouldn't change your entire deck, it may give you a different point of view towards this type of deck. <3

Jackfrost23 yeah go for it dude, I posted this deck so other people could play with it. Also I tried Spark Elemental and it's just not worth it.

OverlordMatt and UnderworldFiend While I am aware of how the deck plays, adding one more Godless Shrine and Sacred Foundry over a couple of those fetches or one of the cliffs wouldn't be a bad idea for a couple reasons. (Take to mind I am a death's shadow player so my view towards shocks and fetches are a little skewed.)
Just cause this deck is based around getting your elementals back into your graveyard and reanimating them doesn't mean it will happen every time. Especially against decks with mainboard graveyard hate.
The ideal turn three with this deck should be hardcasting another elemental after casting thunderkin turn 2 and a looting turn 1 for a lethal amount of damage in a perfect world, I should know I'm currently playtesting a very similar deck. And with the way luck would have it, that hardcast may have to be spark elemental.
you really don't need that much mana anyways due to your deck clocking out at 2-3 mana tops, so thinning your deck with both lands in general and those cliffs may help your turn 3 or 4 draw from a useless tap land to more gas.
Please don't take this as gospel, like I said I do primarily play Death's Shadow so my view is a little skewed. But we have made very similar decks (Mine only being Rakdos so the land base is a little easier) and I don't know if you have been playtesting it or not. We all have different views on how are decks should be played and this is just my opinion.
