I didn't notice strategic planning could dump two so I guess it could be useful in some scenarios

I'm jut trying to help though, as the deck seems fine on my own. If you're looking for any ideas, though check mine out on my page

Also I play this deck and my threat suite eschews cheap castable threats(but I play Hollow One ) and opts for 4 angel 1 gearhulk and 1 Vona, Butcher of Magan , who has definitely been overpreforming and is fully worth the splash(which is made easy with aether hub being able to support minister as well). Also I find it ludicrous that you are not playing 4 Walking Ballista since it is incredibly powerful. Being able to ballista on 0 with a gate out to 0 mana loot gain 1 is phenomenal, and this card can mix up opponents very easily by adding creatures to the yard, often killing itself to kill a siren or a minister. It can also scale with the game and lead to absolute blowouts.

That was my original thought as to why the elves were in and I totally accept that? I myself am an advocate for having fun in standard as well (I play gpg right now) and now that you mention it I agree about this raider too. I support keeping the elves in because you have no idea how long I tried to keep mardu dragons together(i tested Akoum Hellkite!) and having a fun standard deck is always a good thing. Good luck going into this standard!
